It is loosely based on the pisco sour recipe used all over south america (and on Easter Island), but extensively modified. 5 ounces Pisco Capel 4 ounces sour mix 3 ounces orange juice 1 ounce Triple Sec 1 ounce rock candy syrup limes / pineapple chunks . After shaking, pour over crushed ice in Moai-shaped Tiki Mugs.
